Our Developments
We have been developing projects for many years both in the UK and Australia. Here are some examples of the properties we have developed.
This 6-bedroom, 5 bathrooms, 2 studies and 3 living areas house was once Stephen’s family home in Australia. He developed the concept, worked with the draftsperson to create the plans, engaged and supervised the building. This was one of Stephen’s five single home developments he completed in Australia before moving back to the UK.

Purchase of 3-bed house from probate. Required complete strip out, replastering, new kitchen, new bathroom, added en-suite to the master bedroom. All rooms were newly pained and carpeted. All rooms were redecorated, the back garden was landscaped and fencing replaced.

This is a Pub conversion to five 2-bed flats. Planning permission has been required, with extensive architectural design required to maximise the space. Currently being re-advertised at the request of Council.
This Four bed HMO is being converted to a six-bed HMO with each room having an ensuite added. Upon acquisition, the property was derelict and has required major structural renovation.
This ten bed HMO has planning permission granted to convert to a thirteen bed HMO. Current plans are to do a light renovation and retain as a ten bed HMO for social housing purposes and later convert to a higher spec professional HMO.

These pictures show some of the challenges we have faced and what we did to overcome them. We are used to working with a variety of trades to get the job done. We work to deadlines and timetables, we actively deal with planning, architects, and builders. All this experience is available to us to manage businesses.
